Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this website and book tickets for Voices of Valjean.
About us
This website is operated by Kinda Dusty Ltd. (trading as Concerts By Candlelight) of 24 Algernon Street, Eccles, Manchester M30 9QA. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@kindadusty.co.uk.
Booking tickets
Tickets are sold through our event ticket shop at boxoffice.concertsbycandlelight.com. A booking fee applies to each ticket and is shown before you pay. Your tickets and booking confirmation are sent to the email address you give when booking, so please check it carefully.
If you haven’t received your tickets, please email your name and email address to boxoffice@kindadusty.co.uk and ask for them to be re-sent.
Refunds and exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket holders are welcome to pass on or sell their tickets privately. We don’t hold waiting lists and can’t resell tickets for you.
Age guidance
Our concerts are recommended for ages 10+, but younger children are welcome at their parents’ discretion. Everyone attending needs a full-price ticket, regardless of age.
Access tickets
Anyone who needs support because of a disability or health condition can book an Access ticket, which includes a complimentary ticket for an essential companion. Proof of eligibility is required on entry, and the accepted documents are listed on our booking pages. Access tickets are subject to availability, and once our allocation for a show has gone no further tickets in this category will be released.
Seating
Some of our shows are general admission, which means seats are allocated on the night within the section you’ve booked. Your party will be sat together, but seating is first come, first served.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but show details may change. Please check your booking confirmation and the venue’s website before you travel.
